Plugin or Macro for histochemical staining intensity (pixel density)

Dear Members,



I would like to use Image J 1.48v (Windows) for estimating the histochemical
staining intensity (pixel density) using light microscopy. Please help me
by suggesting suitable Plugin or Macro for doing the automatic analysis of
images for estimating the staining intensity (pixel density).
