Plugin update: Parallel HRRT Deconvolution

Hello,

I have updated the Parallel HRRT Deconvolution plugin:

Changelog:

    - Added visual segmentation editor.
    - Added AVG_Q and AVG_T data series.
    - Added 'Sampling rate', 'Scan duration' and 'Time offset' fields.
    - Fixed bug causing NullPointerExceptinon when the blurred image
was renamed.
    - Fixed bug causing incorrect parsing of the motion information
file in some cases.
    - Some GUI improvements.
