It is gone in the 1.41g daily build. I wanted to simplify the Plugins
menu and found I was no longer using the Plugins>Edit... command. To
open macros and plugins, I press "o" (File>Open), or I drag and drop
them on the "ImageJ" window.

Now that we are at it... Drag and drop sometimes (happened once today) stops
working in linux (Java 1.5 and 1.6). This is intermittent and although I have
tried, I cannot find a way to tell what makes it stop working.
Setting Debug mode on, does not show anything when dropping the files in the
IJ window.
