Point Tool option "Label points" has no effect?

Dear all,

I am manually adding several points with the Point Tool and these points should be added to the ROI Manager. However, I don´t want the ROI label to be seen in the image -

In the Point Tool options (double click on the icon) I checked "Add to ROI Manager" and I unchecked "Label points". Points are added to the ROI Manager as expected, but the label is always visible, despite having "Label points" deactivated.
I can uncheck "Labels" in the ROI Manager and the labels disappear, but as soon as I add the next point, the labels reappear again.

Is this expected behaviour? Is there a way to always hide the labels?

This behavior is a bug that is fixed in the latest ImageJ daily build (1.49p15).
