Hi Everyone (& especially Jean-Yves),
We are making beautiful images of dentine tubules tracked with TrackMate. It would be great if TrackMate's spot detection could be limited to ROIs within the ROI manager, because our ROI drifts and changes shape through the image stack. Is this already possible, and we are just missing something?
The other possibility is to fill outside the ROIs with a low background value, then have TrackMate not do any spot detection in the below-threshold regions.
