Pore Size Distrubution

Dear ImageJ Users,

I have a microCt image taken at 2.5 micron resolution. We know that we can
see pores at least 5 microns or larger in diameter. Is there a way to get
the distribution of the pore sizes?

Hi Tevfik,

Try the 3D Particle Analyser in BoneJ http://bonej.org/particles, which
others use for pore analysis (though I designed it for osteocyte
lacunae).  You can make a histogram from your pore sizes directly from
the results table, Results -> Distribution...
