Hello all
Does anyone know of an ImageJ plug-in that can carry out positive pixel count (or positive pixel analysis) and histoscore analysis on images of stained histological sections? These algorithms are used to assess the level of staining in various histological sections and enable a comparison between different samples. All my web searches have been unfruitful, but I am unsure whether there are other terms for this in use among the ImageJ user community.
