Potential SPAM:template matching plugin

 Hello,
The template matching plugin is useful for some analysis that I'm doing on
an ecological
study. I want to count and calculate the area of particular flowers in an
image without
counting other flowers. I would like to use the plugin to use shape and
color to
recognize particular flowers, do you think that's possible? I'd appreciate
any
suggestions you can offer.

Hello Emily,

I guess the best would be using matlab image processing toolbox which has
much other benefits, rather than imageJ. I have good experiences in cell
segmentation of phase-contrast images with matlab. I would be glad if I can
have a chance to collaborate with you and any other people in this forum who
are facing such a similar problem.
