Presentation materials for an ImageJ short course

Richard VanMetter
I am planning a 4-hour introductory short-course on ImageJ for presentation in February. I expect to cover web-resources, installation, the GUI, macros (sets, tools and tool-sets) and plug-ins. Before I develop all the presentation slides, perhaps reinventing the wheel, I wish to ask if others have suitable materials they would be willing to share. I plan to make my slides available to the ImageJ community.

I have already perused and will use many of the resources available on the ImageJ website and links therein.

Thanks,

Rich

Maybe parts of our workshop can be useful to you?
You can find it here:
http://www.mri.cnrs.fr/datas/fichiers/articles/60/183.pdf
Note that it is updated twice a year. The last update was in April and
the next one will be in November, so it might be slightly outdated at
the time being.

You might take a look at the tutorial that is posted on the IJ web site.
There is a powerpoint set that I gave a few years ago to the Microscopy
Society.  It is a bit out of date, but does cover a lot of the principles.
If they are helpful, you are welcome to use any of the slides.
