Hello everyone,
I'm trying to draw 3D Roi using ImageJ. I need the 3D Object Counter and 3D Roi Manager plugins but I cannot access the webpages that the ImageJ User Guide links these plugins to: http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:analysis:3d_object_counter:start http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:stacks:3d_roi_manager:start I also tried the link on the ImageJ User Guide for ImageJ2 but this webpage is unavailable as well: http://imagejdev.org/ How can I obtain these plugins? I tried searching through previous posts on here but could not find any answers to my questions. -Barrett -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
Hi Barrett,
It looks like Tudor's ImageJ Documentation Wiki (http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu) is down at the moment. Hopefully that will be remedied soon. For imagejdev.org, use http://imagej.net/ instead. The former domain name expired, but nearly all content has migrated to http://imagej.net/ at this point [1]. For 3D Objects Counter, some information is available at: * http://imagej.net/3D_Objects_Counter But both of the plugins you cite have their primary homes on the Tudor site, I think. So you'll have to wait for that site to come back up—although you could access Google's cache in the meantime if you are in a hurry. Regards, Curtis [1] Except for a handful of pages which can still be found at http://developer.imagej.net/, and which we are still planning to migrate as time allows. -- Curtis Rueden LOCI software architect - http://loci.wisc.edu/software ImageJ2 lead, Fiji maintainer - http://imagej.net/User:Rueden Did you know ImageJ has a forum? http://forum.imagej.net/ On Sat, Mar 12, 2016 at 6:47 PM, Barrett St. George < [hidden email]> wrote: > Hello everyone, > > I'm trying to draw 3D Roi using ImageJ. > > I need the 3D Object Counter and 3D Roi Manager plugins but I cannot > access the webpages that the ImageJ User Guide links these plugins to: > > > http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:analysis:3d_object_counter:start > http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:stacks:3d_roi_manager:start > > I also tried the link on the ImageJ User Guide for ImageJ2 but this > webpage is unavailable as well: > > http://imagejdev.org/ > > How can I obtain these plugins? Hi everyone,
I'm also seeking for 3D roi manager since 2 day. How long will it take to fix the problem? Is their anyway to find the source code to run it in fiji? Regards, Layal |

Dear Barret,
As mentioned by Curtis, it seems the ImageJ wiki website is down, hope it will be back soon. However the 3D Roi Suite is available as part as the 3d ImageJ Suite in Fij, see update sites (Help/Update Fiji/Manage Update Sites/3D Imagej Suite).
