Hi,
How can i do to plot a intensity of fluo of 2 channel (green and Red) on the same plot with the list ( x= distance, y= fluo intensity). It would be like "profile" feature but for 2 color channel. Knowing that my images are 12-bits and as i have a lot of images to do ( about 500) an easy task ( avoid several steps if possible) would be great.
I tried RGB profiler => no list and 8-bit, almost good but not perfect.
