Hello,
I am trying to quantify changes in the fluorescence intensity of puncta over
time. While I have been able to use programs like Multiple Threshold to
identify the number of quanta, I am having difficulties following these
puncta over time. Does anyone know how to label identified puncta and then
follow each puntca overtime?
