Is anyone aware of a way (plugin, macro, or otherwise) to get ImageJ to generate a quadrilateral mesh of a 2D image or object? I would like to be able to segment an outline or mask of a cell into a quadrilateral mesh, then (ideally) be able to assign each quadrilateral as an ROI. There seem to be a lot of mesh generation programs out there (e.g. http://www.robertschneiders.de/meshgeneration//software.html#automesh2d), but I was wondering if anyone has made one for ImageJ.
