Saving ROI overlay + Grid Overlay in Tif Image

I need to use Point to make various measurement on an image but  need also to put this Point while there is a Grid overlay.

as i see this can be done.

BUT

Is there a way to save both the ROI Measure Point Overlay and also the Grid overlay?
two so different overlay saved in an image?

because i have tried but it save only and just the grid and the point overlay go lost.

or if it is really impossible by any mean. is there another way to save GRID(in whatever format) and ROI Overlay without flatten the Grid on the image.
