Dear all,
I'm a PhD student and a very beginner in image j. I have a stacks of
interphase nuclei images and would like to compare volume and shape (using
roundness and circularity parameters) of 3D particles. Could someone,
please, suggest me which plugin would work the best? I've been trying to
find suitable plugin myself but just can't find one. I will be grateful for
any suggestions.
