Question

Hello,

I am a new user of ImageJ and I have some questions about somethings I
haven't been able to do and that I would need for my academic project.
I'm interested on constructing a surface from level curves and then
analyze the resulting surface. So far I have been able to generate a
surface from a set of images (circles), but I haven't been able to build
a mesh from it, I just get an alignment of the circles. Which other
plug-ins might I need to be able to get a proper surface or mesh.
