drawing localizer lines on CT and MR images

Hello Everyone,

 

I am opening Dicom images with the help of Imagej.

I want to draw a localizer line on an image.

 

So how can I do it in imagej or in my separate application?

 

Are there is any way of reading only Dicom tags of image excepting pixel
data.

Please give me some code example if possible.
