Hi all,

Is there a way to convert saved Region of Interest files from the .roi
format (or the zipped .roi files)into nifti format in image J?

Not as far as I know.  But the ROI file format is documented here:

Hi there,

Any changes to this thread's answer since 2009? Is there a way to convert saved Region of Interest files from the .roi format (or the zipped .roi files)into nifti format in image J? I would like to use a script to extract roi values from several images with FSL and I need rois in nifti format.
