Radial Profile Angle not working on NaN background image

Hi,
Has anyone tried this plugin-Radial Profile Angle?
Recently, I'm using it on a ratio image (calculated by dividing red channel
by green). Before calculation, both images were adjusted to threshold and
the background was set to Nan. Then I tried to applied this plugin on the
calculated image but get the following:

If I set the NaN to 0 then it worked:
<http://imagej.1557.x6.nabble.com/file/t382039/0_radical_profile_angle.png>
But with background value 0, the mean intensity will not be correct.
Does anyone have a solution?

I guess you are talking about the "Radial Profile Extended" plugin that can
be found under the following link?:
https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/radial-profile-ext.html
If this is the case, I'm the author of it.
Thus to fix this issue, could you please give me a link where I could
download the picture that is giving you this issues so that I can play with
it?
