Hello ImageJ experts!
I have just started using ImageJ for the first time. I want to use ImageJ
for bone density measurements in radiographs with a reference aluminum step wedge. I need to calibrate the images to the step wedge to adjust for radiographic differences in exposure. I then need to measure the density of specific ROI. I have been reading manuals to accomplish this, but I don't think I going down the right road. Any help would be greatly appreicated as this is part of my masters project.
