I have just started using imagej and am still figuring how it works. I do Calcium imaging in drosophila embryos and have two chanels for the ratiometric imaging. I wanted to know how to analyze my images. I would be doing live imaging in two channels red and green (488nm & 561nm). Also I wanted to know if I can plot a time vs intensity graph for my time lapse images. Any help would be great regarding plugins etc. Thanks!
