Hi,
I have Fiji and I tried to install the plugin Parallel FTTJ (http://sites.google.com/site/piotrwendykier/software/parallelfftj). Following the instructions I copied the binaries in the imageJ plugin folder, but it does not compile.
One of the many the error message is :

/Applications/Fiji.app/plugins/ParallelFFTJ/src/Parallel_FFTJ.java:18: package edu.emory.mathcs.parallelfftj does not exist
import edu.emory.mathcs.parallelfftj.DoubleTransformer;
                                    ^
How can I make it find the packages edu.emory.mathcs.parallelfftj.* ?
