Re: Auto-tracking of Center-of-Mass

Hi Max,

I have a plugin doing exactly so. It is still not public so you can contact me off the list if you are willing to test it.

Best regards,

Subject: Auto-tracking of Center-of-Mass

Hello,

I'm trying to track the center of mass of small protists as they move
across a high-contrast black background, and I'm looking for an ImageJ
Macro that can help me do this automatically.
This could be a macro that measures the highest and lowest x and y value
that is a different shade than the black background and averages the two,
doing this for every frame.

Does anyone know of such a macro, or an effective method of doing this
automatically? I've been estimating and measuring the center of mass
manually, which is inefficient and error-prone.

Thanks,
