It has to do with the move of the Fiji launcher to ImageJ2: rather than
having their own custom, platform-dependent launchers, the ImageJDev team
decided they'd like to take up the offer of the authors of the Fiji
launcher and make it their default launcher, too.

So in the meantime, the launchers have been renamed to ImageJ-<platform>
(and on Windows they have the suffix .exe).

The fiji-<platform> launchers are there only for backwards compatibility
and will be phased out with the next big Fiji release.

*That* has to do with the move of the updater: the Fiji plugin calling the
updater now basically hands off to the ImageJ2 updater. That method is a
bit incompatible with the way we handled settings earlier ;-) So now, all
settings regarding the updater have to be done in the updater itself.

Ciao,
Johannes
