Wayne-
Thanks for your email. I have played with the cell counter and found that it has an important limitation: when counting the "objects" it does not indicate which frame from the movie that the mark was placed onto. It does overcome the issue with the marks not appearing when scrolling with the <> keys, however. Another issue: is there a way to adjust the playback speed through a movie when using the <> keys? The <> keys scroll through the movie at a slower rate than the arrows at the bottom of the image panel, but I would like to adjust both of them to an optimal speed. Hi Josh,
what about Image>Stacks>Animation Options? There you can set the speed in frames per second. Michaiel-
When I adjust that it controls playback (when I hit \) but it doesn't seem to change the speed that you can scroll using<>, at least not on my mac... The rate of the frame update is the rate the operating system sends new key press messages to your program when you hold the key down. This is controlled by the operating system.
On the Mac, you can adjust it via the Keyboard system preference. The Keyboard control panel on Windows does the same. -- Harry Parker Senior Systems Engineer Digital Imaging Systems, Inc. ----- Original Message ---- From: Josh Bembenek <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Friday, November 16, 2007 2:24:50 PM Subject: Re: Point Picker plugin Michaiel- When I adjust that it controls playback (when I hit \) but it doesn't seem to change the speed that you can scroll using<>, at least not on my mac...
