Re: Unable to download plug-in [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Goldsmith, Noel
>Hi,
I hope this is the correct place to put this problem up, I looked on the
imageJdocu.tudor.lu/  site but could not see how to send a message.

I am trying to download the plug-ins by Ignaciao Arganda-Carreras, which
are to be found on
http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:analysis:analyzeskeleton:star
t
And
 http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:morphology:skeletonize3d:sta
rt

But when I click on the download link I get the following message.
Status Code: 404
Exception:
StackTrace:
(none)

I also tried to download a random selection of Plugins and the one called
Thresholding by connection worked fine, I was able to download the two
class files and install them OK.
Thank you
Noel

The ImageJ Documentation Wiki pages are out of date.

This latest code is part of the Fiji distribution of ImageJ. See:

    http://fiji.sc/
    http://fiji.sc/AnalyzeSkeleton
    http://fiji.sc/Skeletonize3D

If you download Fiji (http://fiji.sc/Downloads), then press the L key for
the Command Finder, then type "skeleton", you will find the plugins.

If you use Fiji, the need to manually install (and/or update) plugins is
much less common, since many are available either as part of core Fiji,
and/or on a ImageJ update site (http://fiji.sc/List_of_update_sites).

Curtis
