In my Fiji, I seem to be unable to find that class. Feel free to call the
Plugins>Examples>Find Jar For Class script to find out which file contains
it.

Thanks Johannes! I just figured it out - I already had ~/wekafiles
created from a later version of weka that was compiled with 1.7 (thus
the error). I just deleted that directory then ran Fiji again and the
Trainable Weka Segmentation is working now.
