Thanks to your advice, I finally was able to import my video file in Fiji/imageJ.
But now I have an other problem.
Actually, on my video, there are 4 mice. My goal is to put a color point on each mice to follow them and recognize them along the video.
I tried with Mtrack2 and MtrackJ but I think it can done only with fragmented images.
If anyone has already done this from a video file, please let me know what is the solution, it would be very helpful.
