error in Fiji macro execution

Hi!
While trying to run a very basic macro (
https://workspace.imperial.ac.uk/imagingfacility/public/CropTIFFSeriesToValues.txt)
in Fiji after updating to ImageJ 2.0.0-rc-30/1.49t; Java 1.6.0_24, I have
started to get errors, saying "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Width
(8000) and height (0) must be > 0". But this macro worked fine with the
previous Fiji version that I had (1.48f). Can anyone help? The detailed
error log is attached.

Hi Sumanta,

In the Edit > Options > ImageJ2... dialog, uncheck "Use SCIFIO when opening
files (BETA!)" and see if that makes a difference.
