I'm looking for an imagej plugin / Matlab code to help me with fringe analysis - generate surface contours and get height profiles.

Does anybody have any advice?

Phillip,
The raw data is from a Michelson interferometer in the form of image files.
The image I had attached with the previous post is a small droplet of water on the mirror.
I need to measure the height of small droplets.
