Registration of beads positions

Dear all,

I’m interested in extracting and registering the position of beads before
and after deformation on pictures like the one of this link:

Are there already some ImageJ plugins or alternative software that can do
the job (especially the registration part)?

you could try my Descriptor-based Registration, you find it under plugins > registration in Fiji ... it should do the job
