Running ImageJ or Fiji on a microcomputer

D Williams
Does anyone have experience on running an ImageJ script on a Rasberry Pi or
other small,

battery-operated small computer?  Not sure if this is even possible but I
would like to

be able to run an ImageJ script repeatedly on a small device, battery
powered device.

Maybe an Android phone??

Thanks.

Dean

Hi Dean,

Running ImageJ on a Raspberry Pi is doable; see the documentation here:

You cannot currently run ImageJ directly on Android, because Android's Java
does not support the needed features of Java. However, there is some
discussion of how to achieve ImageJ on Android; see this forum thread:

Regards,
Curtis
