Could someone direct me to descriptions for the SRM(stat.reg.merg) and
the Segmentation Editor, Fiji plugins?

regarding the Segmentation Editor, you've probably seen this:
http://132.187.25.13/home/?category=Download&page=SegmentationEditor

It's maybe a bit outdated, but the general usage is still the same. Or
do you have any specific questions in mind?
