Saving Images in ImageJ from 3d surface/interactive plots

wesida
Hello,
I have been trying to save my analyzed images that come from 3d interactive surface plot (either from the 3dplugin, or ImageJ's default surface plot) but i can't find any option for that. The options available only resaves your original analyzed image and not the surface plot itself. I can save using print-screen method but it would be nice to get a higher quality picture.

Thanks!

libisthanks_7, i've tried doing that but it gives me an error saying "There are no images open", even though the 3D interactive plot is open. And when there is an actual image open (one that is used to make the 3dplot), it would not give an error but it would re-save the image rather than the plot.

EDIT: ImageJ's default surface plot command allows exporting of the plot as a TIFF image, however the 3d interactive plot plugin does not allow that option. anyway to get around that?

Hi,
Interactive 3D Surface Plot has a "Save Plot" button that creates a view of
the current plot as a RGB image.
You can save this view to whatever format.
Sincerely,
Jerome
