Dear all!
I have been using ImageJ for a while but now I try to automate my analysis using macros. Unfortunately, I encountered the following problem:
I have a folder containing files named like
xy1z01c1.tif
xy1z01c2.tif
xy1z02c1.tif
xy1z03c1.tif
So I have several z-stacks and for each z-stack I have a image in Channel 1 and in Channel 2.
Now I want to open all files containing c1 in the name in order to make a z-stack of it.
Then I need to open all files containing C2 to make the same.
Do you know if there is any way to include this in my Macro?
