Self-Dual Reconstruction

Hello!

I am looking for an implementation of a Self-Dual Reconstruction algorithm  
in ImageJ. Does anyone know a plugin for it?
I found this method in the book of Ohser and Schladitz: 3D Images of  
Material Structures: Processing and Analysis.

I wrote a macro that uses GreyscaleReconstruct plugin for this.

They are both in the Morphology collection here
http://www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk/landinig/software/software.html
in single zip file with all the morphology macros and plugins.
The macro has an explanation of the procedure.

A good (but not cheap) book on Greyscale Morphology is Pierre Soille's
Morphological Image Analysis.
