Serious Bug in 'Plot Profile' coordinates

Thiel, Bjoern
Analyzing an image of 3.9 x 3.9 microns (130 x 130 pixels) with a profile plot
I get false coordinates indicating only integer distances (of e.g. 2.0 microns)
while the plots seem to range over fractional distances (of e.g. 2.7 microns).

I'm afraid but this seems to be a serious bug.

I cannot reproduce this. In fact, when I press the "Live" button, the max
distance in the X axis gets adjusted as expected when I resize the sampling
line. The List of coordinates is also correct in my updated version of IJ
(1.48c2).

Cheers

This bug is fixed in the ImageJ 1.48c daily build. It only occurred with spatially calibrated images that had non-square pixels.
