Setting ROI Multi Measure options in macro

Straub, Volko A. (Dr.)
Hi,

The multi measure function in the ROI manager has the option to select whether to measure all slices in a stack and how to display the data in the results table if the function is called by clicking on the 'Multi Measure' button in the ROI manager.
However, when I call the function from a macro (roiManager("Multi Measure");) I don't get this option. Is there a way of setting these options from a macro? I have tried the macro recorder, but it doesn't appear to record the option settings.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Volko

I'm sorry, Volko... I am running into the same problem as yourself but haven't found the solution yet. If anyone has solved this problem there are at least two people who would be very grateful for help!

Many thanks!

The macro recorder records “Multi Measure” options in the latest daily build (1.49q6) as long as you do not use the default options (“Measure all n slices” and “One row per slice”).

Many thanks, Wayne. I updated to the latest build and the commands now show up.
Have a great day!
