Slice-to-scan registration

Dear ImageJ users,

Does anyone can give me a hint on how to perform a slice-to-scan
registration using ImageJ tools? (If it is possible?)

Basically I have a light microscopic slice that I would like to match to
the slice of the micro-CT scan.
