Spatial statistics 2D/3D data

marcosfelipeti
Hi Everyone!

I've been using the Spatial statistics 2D/3D plugin the get the spatial statistics for the images I work with. After running the plugin it gives you 3 different images with F, G, and H function, respectively. The images have 3 buttons I'd like to access automatically to save the data. Has someone worked with this plugin before?

Thank you.

Marcos,

it may be a good idea to contact the authors of the very IJ-plugin.

From what you write, it appears that the chances are small that you can
IJ-macro record or otherwise automate the desired operation. That said,
a change of the Java-code is most likely required.

Best

Herbie

Hi Marcos,

if everything else fails, you could try the IJRobot plugin by Gabriel
Landini. Not a nice solution but rather a hack, but it might be able to do
the job.

Re: Spatial statistics 2D/3D data

Thank you for answering quickly and congratulation for creating the plugin. I just can't use the macro recorder to access the data after running the plugin. For example, I am able to save the image (the graphic) but I can't (or I don't know how to) access the data used to plot the graphic in an automated way. I am working with 800 images approximately. Thus, clicking on each button to save the data could be hard due to the high number of images that I have. Is there any easy modification that could be done to do so?

Best regards,

Marcos
