Hi everyone!
I am working to stitch a stack of image where I have 13 x 13 tiles and 9 layers (169 time point files that contains all the layers included in each time point).
Then I'm trying to reconstruct this to have tridimensional data that contains every layer as a stack. But the problem I've been facing is that after perform the reconstruction (using the plugin Stitching Grid of Images once I just have the sequence numbers for each T)
So I'm getting problems once some tiles are missing in different Z layers.
Please, does anyone knows a plugin/Macro or somehow to correct it even using this plugin?
I would appreciate for this help!
