Hello all member,
I am just biggner user and would be grateful to you if some one could help me out.
I have two phase (let say phase a & phase b) in an image and I need to make it one pahse in each image. so from the original image I have deleted the phase b and I got one new image with only one phase a. now from the original image if I delete phase a then I would get phase b however, I have a stack of image and doing this would take me very long time.
I am actually looking is there any way in Image J, so that I can substract my new image with only phase a in it with the original image and I would get the remaining phase that is phase b.
It would very helpful to have some guidance from you.
