The function "Analyse particles"

YuriGagarine
Hi all,

I use the function "Analyse Particles" of ImageJ and it is very efficient to count the numbers of particles and to have their areas but I would like to have their positions too.

My question is : Is it possible to have their positions ?
I look every options of this function but I couldn't find it.

Sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

Hi YuriGagarine,

You could try to use the "Analyze/Set Measurements". When you select "Centroid", it will show positions
of all centroids on the result table.

best,
chin

Have also a look in the manual http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146-30.html#toc-Subsection-30.7 for some additional option
