Threshold Colour plugin update

Although IJ now includes part of the Threshold Colour functionality by
default, the plugin version does some extra bits: being able to record a macro
to reproduce the interactive settings and a Selection button that creates ROIs
based on the slider settings.

I fixed a bug that selected the inverse of the ROI instead of the ROI.

The new version 1.12 is here:

I have problem downloading Threshold Colour plugin..I tried several times but "The server at www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk is taking too long to respond." Any suggestions?
