Tiffdecoder

Hi!
I try to open a tiff file saved with the microscope software from  
Nikon and get the following message:
tiffdecoder
Unsupported SamplesPerPixels:2
It is a two channels 16 bit tiff picture.
Can someone help me?

Although http://www.loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats.html does not say
explicitely that they support 16-bit tiffs, I think the Bio-Formats plugin
should be able to open it:

Hi Alicia,

You can try the LOCI bioformats package, and also the "Import - Raw" --
with proper width/height/depth/bitdepth/header-offset etc parameters.
