Hi! I'm new in this forum because I'm starting now to use ImageJ..but I have already some problems to solve, and I ask you if anybody can help me to solve them.
My aim is to quantify fluorescence intensity of an antibody staining in small intestinal tissue. What is the best way to normalize data? by using DAPI staining for nuclei? And how can I compare a lot of different slides fluorescence ? I think to use the same threshold for all of them, but how?
Could you help me, please?
