Topology/surface rendering

Gareth Howell
I am interested in imaging the surface of tissue using the confocal. I have generated a number of data sets that show undulations in the surface. Is there a plugin that would allow me to generate a topology-type rendering/surface rendering and maybe even allow me to pseudocolour different heights in the image with e.g. a rainbow scheme?
Thanks
Gareth

I've written a plugin called TopoJ for doing just this. I can send it
to you when I get back to my computer.

Try the "Interactive 3D surface plot" plugin that can be downloaded
on the plugins page of the ImageJ website.
