TrakEM2 0.3j : multiple selections, full transformations, undo, drag and drop, alignments and more

Dear all,

TrakEM2 0.3j has been released, including:

- multiple selections
- transformations: scale/rotate/translate without losing pixel
resolution ever
- undo/redo transformations
- align groups of images in two different layers with landmarks (many
thanks to Johannes Schindelin)
- drag and drop images, stacks and montages (grids) directly onto a display

And many bug fixes and improvements.

The manual has been updated, and contains example java code on how to
run your own plugins on top of TrakEM2, with full access to undo,
repaint, selections, et cetera.
