TrakEM2 Montage of differently scaled images

Christopher Arnold
Hello,

I want to display differently scaled images in the same layer.
My aim is to integrate an overview series, acquired at a magnification of 12k, in an already existing and edited (transformed, segmented) project of a high resolution stack (mag. 20k).
I tried to align the images with the montage function, but failed until now.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to manage this issue? Is there a possibility to align these images in one layer with landmarks?

Thanks in advance.

Best
Christopher

Dear Christopher,

in the linear registration options, use a similarity transform or an affine
transform--both include scaling.

Best,

Albert
