Hello all,
I have recently installed Fiji in order to make montage from a grid TEM images with TrakEM2 plugin. Everything is going well, I can create a new TrakEM2 project, import a grid of images into it and make a montage. However, when I save this project from the plugin, I cannot open it afterwards. If I choose project's xml file via 'File-Open' menu, the program opens a window with the contents of the xml file. The same window comes, if I drag and drop my file onto ImageJ's toolbar. Could anyone help to solve this problem? I'm running the latest version of Fiji on Debian machine. Alexander -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
Hello Alexander,
We also recently had problems opening existing TrakEM files. However, we always got an error message stating an error in line XX at position xx of the xml file. Do you get this as well? In our case there was just an invalid character in one of our file or path names. Thanks to Albert Cordana who pointed us to this issue we could easily fix it.
